I help people improve their biomechanics through holistic movement using Functional Patterns methodology.
What is Functional Patterns?
Functional Patterns is a movement methodology that is based on the unique movements our body evolved to perform - standing, walking, running and throwing. Using those movements as a blueprint, we aim to correct imbalances and create more integration in the body through the moves that we perform, improving mind-body connection and whole body integration.
We aim to address the system as a whole, understanding that everything in the body is connected.

Modern life is hard on everyone’s body. Excessive sitting, suboptimal food, stress, toxins and lack of consistent time in nature getting sunlight and grounding take a toll and we need to be intentional about how we counteract those effects.
